We're Hiring an Operations Associate!

The Operations Associate will serve as a key support to Pinetart Co's community engagement and economic development initiatives. Working directly with the Principal Consultant, you'll help streamline project workflows, coordinate stakeholder communications, and ensure smooth execution of community events and programs.

Through weekly Monday planning sessions, you'll gain clear visibility into ongoing projects and priorities, then independently manage assigned tasks throughout the week. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization, enjoys creating efficient systems, and has a genuine interest in community development work.

Your responsibilities will range from practical coordination tasks like scheduling meetings and maintaining project timelines, to more strategic support such as preparing documentation for stakeholder reviews and helping organize community engagement events. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

About The Opportunity

We're seeking an organized Operations Associate to support our community engagement projects through structured weekly planning and efficient project execution. This is a remote contract role (no benefits included) with flexible working hours.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Monday Meetings:

    • Weekly priority setting and task organization

    • Review upcoming community engagement events

    • Plan stakeholder meeting schedules

    • Set clear deliverables for the week

  • Weekly Project Management:

    • Coordinate and schedule client stakeholder meetings

    • Support community engagement event organization

    • Track project progress and deadlines

    • Maintain organized documentation

    • Handle follow-up communications
      ​

  • And A Few More Things:

    • Help with client communication, updates, and check-in’s; capturing and documenting client needs

    • Assist in developing processes for efficiency

    • Support client projects and internal initiatives by producing high-quality deliverables and participating in meetings and brainstorming sessions

    • Conduct thorough industry and client research and analysis

Your Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in project coordination or similar role

  • Availability for Monday planning meetings

  • Strong organizational and scheduling skills

  • Professional communication style

  • Experience with project management tools

  • Reliable internet for video calls

  • Willingness to sign NDA

  • Experience with prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives

Compensation

$500 a month; 12 hrs a month
